It has a major advantage in that it is unaffected by traffic, unlike other warehouses which can only be accessed at certain times due to the restrictions on traffic. The Izmir TIR Customs Directorate, which is located on Ardep premises, is one of the three Customs Directorates in Izmir able to handle imports of foodstuffs. It also provides services as a 'Specialized Used Machinery Customs'. It also specializes in used machinery and equipment, as well as porcelain tableware and kitchen equipment.
